The Ellickson International Roller Shutter Doors have a proven track record and are suitable for the most diverse range of openings for all commercial and industrial applications. The doors offer high security, are user friendly and simple to operate. The doors can be electrically or manually operated and come in a wide range of material finishes.

We also supply an extensive range of Insulated and Fire-resistant shutters.

RETAIL / COMMERCIAL

50mm flat or 75mm curved profile in 22 gauge pre-galvanized steel.
Fitted with nylon end-locks.
Extruded aluminium bottom rails fitted with a lift rail for easy operation when self coiling.
A steel bottom rail can be supplied as an alternative where specified.
Double cylinder key locks.
Doors are self coiling.
Spring loaded roller assembly is fully adjustable.
Doors can be operated electrically by tubular motor to suit 230 volt operation.
Key switch provided for internal and external operation
Alternatively, rocker switch provided for internal operation.
Group command controls and remote control available as an option.

INDUSTRIAL OPERATION

Geared chain driven assembley with spur gear to roller and pinion gear to chain wheel. Max width 4.6m. Max height 4.4m. Max 17m².
Motor drive asssembley for shutters in excess of 17sq m. incorporating 1-phase motor as standard and limit switch control and manual override chain facility for emergency. 3-phase motor as an option. Max width 8.0m. Max height 7.0m. Max 36m² (18swg) or 45m² (20swg).

FINISHES

Standard finish is pre-galvinised steel.
Powder-coated and PVC finishes also available in a wide range of colours.
